LOCATION The property is set back and above the village of Hope Cove on Channel View Drive, just a 5-10 minute stroll away from the local beaches, the South Devon Coastal Path, village pub and Post Office stores. The sailing town of Salcombe, with its array of cafes, boutiques and restaurants, is a pleasant 10-15 minute drive away.
VIEWS Lovely views from the conservatory and terrace area over Bigbury Bay to the west, and across the valley to fields and woodland around Bolt Tail to the south.
ENTRANCE The elevated main entrance can be accessed from the driveway or steps that lead up from the garage at road level. The front door leads into a porch with room for coats and shoes.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM The kitchen is equipped with a range of fitted units, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and breakfast bar. A second double bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinet, whilst the third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen supplied - tenants need to bring or hire towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a small family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE To the front of the property is a raised sun terrace with table and chairs to seat eight, and lovely sea views. Steps lead down to a narrow area of lawned garden with built-in barbeque.
PARKING On the sloping driveway for two cars - additional parking available for one car in front of the garage.
