LIVING/DINING ROOM This bright room is on the second floor with French windows with views across to the river. The room is furnished with dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa and chairs, TV, video and DVD player.

KITCHEN Off the living/dining room with electric oven, gas hob with extractor over, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer.

BEDROOMS Three: Bedroom one is on the first floor and is a spacious room with views across to the river, a King-size bed, bedside chests and lamps, large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV/video. The second bedroom is also on the first floor and is a smaller room with a single bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside chest and lamp. The third bedroom is on the third floor. This is an interesting room with sloping ceilings and situated on a gallery above the living room. There are two single beds, a small wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. N.B. Linen and towels are provided.

BATHROOM On the first floor with a bath with mixer shower attachment, w.c. and wash hand basin. There is also a cloakroom with w.c. and wash basin situated between the second and third floors.

PARKING There is a designated parking space in a secure underground car park beneath the property.

OTHER INFORMATION High Tide is a no smoking property and pets are not permitted. The central heating is gas fired.
