A comfortable, mid-terrace cottage, decorated and furnished to a good standard throughout. The accommodation is over two floors with lovely terrace and garden to the rear.

LOCATION Located in the heart of the Malborough within just a few yards of the two village pubs and stores/petrol station. Hope Cove is approximately two miles away whilst the famous sailing town of Salcombe is within a 10 minute drive.

VIEWS Rural views towards Dartmoor from the garden.

ENTRANCE Through into an open hallway/sitting room with stairs directly in front.

SITTING ROOM Mainly carpeted sitting room with feature fireplace (gas fire) with stone surround, sofa, two comfortable chairs, television and DVD player.

DINING ROOM Large dining room with table, 6 chairs, sofa and television.

KITCHEN Modern kitchen with 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, small table and chairs. French doors out to rear terrace and garden.

UTILITY/CLOAKROOM (off kitchen) with fridge/freezer and separate room w.c. with wash-hand basin.

BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom two is a twin room with two single beds, wardrobe and drawers The third bedroom is just for children with bunk beds, drawers and small open wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen are included. Tenants will need to bring towels and tea towels.

BATHROOM Fully-tiled bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., and wash hand-basin. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

OUTSIDE Good size area of garden to the rear laid mainly to lawn. Stone paved terrace with table and chairs.

PARKING Usually available on road close to the cottage or in the village hall car park (approx 150 yards away).
