SITTING ROOM Well appointed room with comfortable furniture including a two-seater sofa and armchair, coffee table, colour television and DVD player as well as CD/stereo system.

BEDROOM One large double bedroom with 5' double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All duvets, linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

BATHROOM Down four steps into the bathroom that comprises bath with shower over, wash hand-basin, w.c. and towel rail

PARKING *A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park. Approx. five minutes walk away.

OTHER INFORMATION Hot water and central heating provided by gas combination boiler. Unfortunately no pets are accepted and the property is strictly non smoking.
