Keepers Cottage 1 is one of five delightful properties that have been designed and furnished to the very highest standards, with sumptuous settees, rustic pine furniture and hand-crafted kitchens. Guests also have the use of a private deck area, with barbeque equipment available for each cottage. The cottage is part of the stunning Hillfield Village development of 28 properties nestled near historic Dartmouth, in the idyllic South Devon countryside. Facilities include acres of beautiful gardens, an outdoor swimming pool, all weather tennis court and children's play area. All guests can exclusively enjoy green fees, leisure and gym facilities at the nearby Dartmouth Golf and Country Club at Members Guest Rates, plus 10% off all spa treatments and 10% off all food and beverages in the Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM The cottage has an impressive living area with a cathedral ceiling and views to the gallery above. Sumptuous seating provides a comfortable area to relax in or to watch the flatscreen TV, with DVD and cinema surround sound. Leather covered dining chairs around a pine dining table.
KITCHEN The bespoke hand-made pine kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.
BEDROOMS The cottage has a master bedroom with a king-size carved bed, flat screen TV and beautiful en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, overhead shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The gallery bedroom has two pine single beds. Baby Friendly Accommodation, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children (travel cot will fit in Gallery room only if required)
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite bathroom is a fully tiled ground floor shower room with illuminated heated mirror, heated towel rail, w.c., basin and vanity unit. (Keepers 1 has a cloakroom only; the shower is in the en suite)

OTHER INFORMATION All beds have high quality memory foam mattresses and all bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided. Parking for 1 to 2 cars. The property has under floor heating and Karndene flooring. The cottage has a secluded paved courtyard with cafe style tables and chairs shared with Coachman's Cottage (2). (Booked together Keepers 1 and Coachman's 2 provide accommodation for ten guests with access via the courtyard through the French windows).
