Dartmouth Green is a stunning new development of properties in an idyllic setting adjacent to the Championship course at Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, just four miles from the famous naval town of Dartmouth. The Start Bay coastline, including the Blue Flag awarded Blackpool Sands beach is approximately 10-15 minutes drive away, whilst Woodlands Leisure Park, which offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities for families, is less than a mile from Dartmouth Green.

Holiday guests at Dartmouth Green may also benefit from free membership of the Lakeside Health and Beauty Suite within Dartmouth Golf & Country Club clubhouse - facilities include indoor leisure pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gymnasium.  Additionally, guests benefit from green fees discounted by 50% (up to two golfers).  Please check details with the office.  There is allocated parking for two cars per cottage.

ACCOMMODATION One of a pair of newly reconstructed stone cottages at the most elevated point of the development - it directly overlooks the all-weather tennis court with the golf course and acres of surrounding countryside beyond.  It is therefore an ideal location for sports enthusiasts and energetic families alike. 

VIEWS Superb views from most areas of the cottage across rolling countryside and the golf course. 

ENTRANCE The front door leads into a hallway off which is a CLOAKROOM with wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.  Stairs lead up to the two first floor bedrooms.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the ground floor is a delightful open-plan area with oak flooring and double doors out to the decking area.  Beautifully designed and very well equipped kitchen with granite worktops, range of Neff appliances including four ring ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and DAB radio (a washer/dryer is housed in a separate cupboard off the entrance hallway). Very comfortably furnished lounge area with large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, flatscreen TV with BT Vision, DVD player, iPod docking unit and wood-burning stove (logs for first fire included). Round oak dining table with four chairs and cabinet with DVDs, books and games.

EN SUITE BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling, King size oak framed bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and radio/MP3 player. Fully tiled en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.  The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside unit, chest of drawers, TV and Playstation 3 console. Fully tiled en suite with power shower, w.c., basin, and heated towel rail. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) supplied. Travel cot and highchair available on request.

OTHER INFORMATION The cottage is finished to the highest of standards with oak flooring in most rooms with carpet in bedrooms and natural slate in the kitchen.  Central heating and hot water supplied from ground source heat pumps. One well behaved pet permitted. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking.
