BEDROOMS There are four bedrooms, three on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor; the master bedroom has a king-size carved bed, an easterly aspect through a glazed door, flat screened TV and along with the family bathroom is served by a stereo CD and radio. Beautiful, en suite shower room has a power shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double pine bed and en suite shower room with shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The third bedroom has twin carved single beds. The fourth bedroom (on 1st floor) has twin pine single beds. In addition to the 4 bedrooms is a spectacular gallery with two single beds and a spacious seating area with comfortable leather chairs, TV and DVD.  Baby Friendly Accommodation, suitable for 8 adults and 2 children/infants with space for 1 travel cot or for 10 adults/children in beds and no travel cot.

BATHROOMS On the ground floor is a magnificent family bathroom complete with whirlpool bath and hand-held shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE The property situated within the old walled garden and enjoys a peaceful location adjacent to the Keepers Cottages. A private deck area enables a leisurely breakfast or alfresco meals. A large hot tub will four to eight adults - there is also a small South-West facing deck area.

OTHER INFORMATION  Barbeque equipment is available. Parking for 1 to 2 cars
