VIEWS Magnificent views of the harbour towards South Pool Creek, East Portlemouth and Snapes Point from the front bedrooms. Some views from the lounge and garden.

KITCHEN Very well equipped with 'birch' units, integrated fridge, dishwasher and stainless steel electric double oven, hob, extractor fan and microwave oven. 

UTILITY ROOM With Belfast sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
