ACCOMMODATION A wonderful first floor apartment that has the advantage of easy access from the courtyard garden and has large double opening windows to the lounge, master bedroom and second bedroom. The master and second bedrooms each have wonderful South facing views.

The apartment is one of six in Hillfield Country House. All of the apartments are furnished to the very highest standards with sumptuous leather settees, rustic pine furniture, hand crafted kitchens, fully tiled bathrooms, underfloor heating, Amtico flooring and large, flat screen TV's and DVD with cinema surround sound.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A spacious lounge with a large bay window and a comfortable sitting area to relax or watch TV. The large cast iron fire grate folly is set in a magnificent pine surround with a large ornate mirror above. Leather covered dining chairs and pine dining table.

KITCHEN Bespoke hand made pine kitchen with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer dryer and microwave.

BEDROOMS There are three bedrooms ; a large master bedroom with king-size carved bed, flat screen TV, cast iron fire grate folly and beautiful, fully tiled en suite shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point, heated mirror and heated towel rail. The second and third bedrooms each have twin carved single beds. Baby Friendly Accommodation, suitable for 6 adults/children in beds with space for 1 infant in a travel cot.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite shower room is a beautifully crafted family bathroom complete with whirlpool bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point, heated mirror and heated towel rail. Speakers enable stereo radio or CD's from the master bedroom to be played in the bathroom.

Baby Friendly Facilities available on request include: Cot and Highchair.

OUTSIDE All guests have the use of the extensive South facing terrace with a number of tables and benches to enjoy a quiet drink or alfresco meal whilst taking in the magnificent views.

OTHER INFORMATION All beds have high quality memory foam mattresses and all bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided. In addition, each apartment has parking for 1 to 2 cars.
