BATHROOM Bath, shower cubicle with electric shower, w.c. and hand basin with shaver point over. Further w.c. in rear courtyard.

OUTSIDE A flight of steps leads up to the house, a stone arch leads to the paved patio area. Steps at side of house lead to first floor sun balcony.
