DINING ROOM Separate dining area with parquet wooden floors and a large matching set of table and eight chairs. An ideal room for family dining.
SITTING ROOM Located on the first floor. Large lime green three seater chaise longue along with two leather three seater sofas. Widescreen colour television with integrated DVD player and video. Coal effect, electric wood burner in the original stone fireplace. Exposed roof beams. The sitting room also has an MP3 speaker unit base, Access from sitting room to the private garden at rear.
MEZZANINE GAME AREA Located on the first floor with sofa, Playstation 2 games console, Nintendo Wii fit and sport.
BEDROOMS Three in total. Bedroom one on the first floor has a 4'6'' double bed, wardrobe and bedside table and lamp. Bedroom two on the second floor has two 4'6'' double beds, large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. Master bedroom has metal frame 5' double bed with built in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, as well as chest of drawers. Exposed scissor beams in the ceiling. En suite bathroom comprises bath with electric shower over, w.c, wash hand basin, shaver point and light. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels provided. Tenants will require beach and tea towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Two portable stair gates, travel cot and Highchair.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite, the family shower room comprises shower cubicle with electric shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. shaver point and light.
UTILITY ROOM With washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer.
