ENTRANCE This property has its own front door which leads onto a flight of stairs. At the top is a landing leading onto the bedrooms and bathrooms. Another flight of stairs leads up to the living/dining room and kitchen.

LIVING/DINING ROOM Light and airy room with dormer window providing river glimpses. Furniture comprises a comfortable two seater sofa, chairs, TV and CD player. A large wooden dining table will seat six. An archway opens onto the kitchen.

KITCHEN Modern units and worktops, as well as appliances including electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

BEDROOMS Three: all bedrooms located on the middle floor of the property. Master bedroom is a traditional style spacious room with double bed, pine wardrobe and chest of drawers. Second bedroom has two single pine beds, along with wardrobe and chests. A single bedroom has its own washbasin, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Linen and towels are provided.

BATHROOMS Situated on the same floor as the bedrooms, the main bathroom has a shower cubicle, w.c. and washbasin. There is also a separate w.c. next to the bathroom.

PARKING * A parking pass for the town centre car park in Mayors Avenue (approx 5 mins walk) has been provided.
