LOCATION The twin villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers enjoy a delightful riverside setting on the wooded slopes of the estuary of the River Yealm. This sheltered, deep water harbour is much favoured by yachtsmen and lies within a truly beautiful valley in the unspoilt South Hams countryside - an area of outstanding natural beauty and special conservation. A tidal creek that can be crossed on foot at low tide separates Noss Mayo from Newton Ferrers, with its' post office, late night store, butchers and chemist. The villages are about 10 miles by road from Plymouth, with its lively Barbican and historic Hoe, as well as museums and other attractions. Dartmoor National Park, Mothecombe and Bigbury beaches are all just a short drive away, providing stunning scenery and endless walking opportunities.

OUTSIDE Large landscaped communal gardens with seating areas, barbecue area and tennis court, all of which are available for the use of guests.
GAMES/LAUNDRY ROOM Communal washing and drying facilities available at an additional cost. Table tennis and darts are also available.
PARKING Limited unreserved parking available for 1 car adjacent to the property on a first come basis. Further parking available in the main car park next to the tennis court.
