KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A spacious, comfortable, bright and attractively furnished open-plan room on the first floor where glorious light poors in all day.  The remodelled kitchen has fitted units, halogen hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.  The lounge area is very tastefully presented with three comfy sofas, widescreen TV (with Freeview), DVD player and sliding patio doors to South facing balcony with furniture, overlooking the estuary. White wooden dining table with six chairs and cushions.

BATHROOMS Two. On ground floor is a fully tiled family bathroom with bath, electric shower (over), handbasin, w.c., heated towel rail and shaver point. On the first floor is a very spacious fully-tiled shower room with shower, handbasin, w.c., and shaver point.

BEDROOMS Two bedrooms, both on the ground floor. One double bedroom with King-size wooden framed bed, bedside units, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table, and one twin bedroom with single beds, wardrobe and drawers.   N.B. All bed linen and towels are supplied (excluding beach towels).

OUTSIDE Good-sized South facing balcony with furniture and panoramic views over and across the tidal estuary.

PARKING For one car at the property.

MOORINGS Available directly outside the cottage (at no additional cost) for one/two boats to a combined length of 30' 

OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted throughout. Wireless broadband internet available. Gas fired central heating and hot water with immersion back up. Strctly no smoking or pets permitted.
