Quay Cottage is a cosy holiday retreat situated in the heart of Hope Cove, just a few yards from the sandy beach, pub and village shop.  The cottage is well presented throughout and ideally suited to a couple or young family looking for a comfortable bolt hole in this popular location.

LOCATION One of two seaward facing cottages within easy reach of the village amenities, fine sandy beaches and the South Devon Coast Path.

VIEWS Lovely sea views from the living room and master bedroom in particular.

ENTRANCE The cottage entrance leads directly into the ground floor living accommodation with two steps up to the kitchen beyond.

SITTING/DINING ROOM A particularly snug, open-plan living space with traditional features including exposed ceiling beams. Large double sofa, armchair, wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player and mini hi-fi system.  Good-sized dining table and four chairs in front of the window to take in the view. 

KITCHEN A small kitchen area has fitted units, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.  A feature spiral staircase winds up from the kitchen area to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom.

BEDROOMS Two.  A very well presented double bedroom with Queen-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe, drawers and TV.  There is also a small bunk-bedded room.  A travel cot is available on request.  N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen supplied - tenants require towels and tea towels.

BATHROOM Family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand-basin and w.c.

OUTSIDE To the front of the cottage is a small level garden (not enclosed) as well as a terrace area with picnic bench.

PARKING Parking available in the nearby village car park.

OTHER INFORMATION Tiled flooring on the ground floor, mostly carpeted on first floor. Electric heating and hot water supplied via immersion.  There is limited mobile reception in Hope Cove.  Regret no pets. Strictly non smoking.
