The highly acclaimed 'Maltsters Arms' is just a short stroll away whilst the equally popular 'Watermans Arms' at Bow Bridge is a pleasant 15 minute walk. The properties provide the perfect base to explore the beautiful South Hams whilst the South Devon coastline is just 20 minutes away. The market towns of Totnes, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth and the Dartmoor National Park are also close by. There are several very attractive golf courses nearby at Thurlestone, Bigbury, Churston and Dartmouth Country Club.
