KITCHEN Modern kitchen with fitted units, four-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and breakfast bar with two stools. Door to small rear yard.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom (on 2nd floor) has an oak framed bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bay window overlooking the church, and a fully tiled en suite shower room with shower cubicle, w.c. and wash-hand basin. On the first floor is a second double room with metal-framed bed, bedside units, wardrobe, chair, feature fireplace and cupboard, and bay window overlooking the church. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen and towels supplied (excluding beach towels).
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a fully tiled family bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower (over), wash hand-basin and w.c.
PARKING* A parking pass for the long-stay car park is provided (approx. 2-5 mins walk).
OTHER INFORMATION Fully tiled at ground floor level with carpet in both bedrooms. Gas-fired central heating and instant hot water. Strictly non-smoking. One well-behaved dog is permitted.
