Seafields

Situated in a quiet road, a few minutes walk from Hope Cove's sandy beaches, historic pub, restaurants and shop. Grandview and Seafields are two of the four popular 'Blue Bay' Apartments with lovely sea and country views.  Very easy access to the Coastal Path with beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone and Bantham. Golf courses are nearby at Thurlestone and Bigbury.  Each apartment has a balcony to take in the views.

ACCOMMODATION  Situated in a quiet road within a few minutes walk of Hope Cove's sandy beaches and other amenities. A purpose built hoilday apartment with lovely sea and country views within the popular 'Blue Bay' development on Grand View Road.

PROPERTY The entrance to 'Seafields' takes you into a corridor off which access is gained to the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room.

VIEWS Views out over Inner Hope and the beach towards the sea can be obtained from the balcony in front of the sitting room.

ENTRANCE From the car park down a few steps to the entrance door and to the hallway leading to all rooms.

KITCHEN/DINING/LOUNGE L-shaped, light and sunny sitting room area with double sofa, chairs, television and DVD player. Dining table with six chairs. Kitchen comprises cream units and appliances including electric 4-ring hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge.

BEDROOMS Two in total. Master bedroom has 5' double bed, built-in wardrobe and units, and a twin room with two 3' single beds and built-in wardrobes. N.B All duvets, pillows and linen provided. Tenants will need to bring towels. Travel cot available.

BATHROOM Family bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand-basin, w.c., shaver point and light, and heated towel rail. 

OUTSIDE Balcony off the sitting room with table and two chairs to take in the view.

PARKING For one car with additional parking immediately behind the space - further on road parking available nearby.

OTHER INFORMATION All of the accommodation is on one level - new pine flooring and carpet throughout. Each apartment is double glazed, has off road parking and hot water via immersion and heating by night storage. Strictly non smoking.
