Southview is an attractive modern 'baby friendly' cottage, furnished and presented to a good standard throughout. The spacious accommodation is ideal for family holidays or couples looking for a comfortable retreat in a traditional pretty Devon village. The good sized private terrace with table and chairs is perfect for a barbecue. The cottage is just five miles from Dartmouth with two popular pubs (within walking distance), Post Office/village stores and church. Blackpool Sands beach is just four miles away whilst Dartmouth Golf and Country Club is within a five minute drive.

ENTRANCE A covered approach leads into a hallway off which are two bedrooms, bathroom and utility room. Stairs lead up to the living accommodation and master suite on the first floor.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM With wood-burning stove, two comfortable sofas, chair, flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD hi-fi and glazed doors out to rear terrace. Pine dining table with six chairs. Modern well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
BEDROOMS Three in total. On the first floor is the master bedroom with King size pine bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside units and en suite shower room with shower, w.c. and wash hand basin. On the ground floor is a second double room with King size pine bed and a twin room with two single pine beds N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available.
BATHROOMS In addition to the ensuite above is a family bathroom on the ground floor with bath, hand-held shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin.
UTILITY ROOM With washing machine and tumble dryer and sink.
OUTSIDE Good sized private terrace to the rear of the property with table, benches and barbecue.
PARKING Parking on adjacent hardstanding. Further parking is usually available in the village nearby.
OTHER INFORMATION Southview has mainly rustic oak flooring throughout and oil fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smokers or pets are permitted.

Comfortable and spacious cottage with everything you need for a great holiday. So much to do and explore but so little time!
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. It is a beautiful area and there is so much to do. We loved the house - it was a lovely place to come back to each evening.
