It has an attractively furnished sitting room with delightful views, two small sofas, Smart TV/DVD player and a door to the balcony.
The kitchen/dining room is well-equipped with a range of appliances, and a table seating up to six people.
There are three bedrooms in total: on the first floor is a double with a King-size bed and an adjoining Jack-and-Jill shower room, connecting to a twin room with two single beds and a further TV and DVD player. Both rooms have fantastic views.
There is another twin room at the lower ground floor level. Please note this has a limited head height of 5'10". The room has a built-in wardrobe and a small dressing table. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom, again with limited head height in parts.
There is an electric heated clothes airer provided.
Outside there is a small balcony with two chairs, overlooking the estuary.

What guests are saying
We had a fantastic week in this lovely house.
Super location with fantastic views of the harbour/estuary and instant access to the water for boating, paddleboarding etc and to the town centre. The boat store at the bottom of the house was a really useful space and the accommodation across the other three floors was clean, well furnished, well planned and comfortable. We loved the recently fitted kitchen. We didn't use the beds on the lower floor so can't comment, but all the others were very comfortable. I would agree that th windows are a little intimidating as can suddenly slide down. Yes the dishwasher is small for 6 people but it is a good use of kitchen space to keep it slimline and you simply put it on more frequently. As for the sloping floors and wonky doorways etc, they're exactly what I would expect and hope for in a characterful, historic property. The spa membership was a real bonus and we used it frequently. One of the best properties we've stayed in, thank you.
We very much enjoyed our stay.
The location suited our group perfectly and the basement boat room was very handy. Due to the sloping floors it’s a bit tricky not to almost roll out of bed and the downstairs room has very limited ventilation. It is an old, fisherman’s cottage so it is to be expected.
Great location, quirky, but most of the facilities worked ok- uneven floors made doors bang about , kitchen floor wasn’t comfy to walk on, lights kept going off, but nice to have a bath
