A charming Grade 2 listed stone built terrace cottage retaining much of its original character.

LOCATION The cottage is in the very heart of East Prawle, Devon's southernmost village, an ideal base for family holidays with a number of popular beaches close by. The cottage is also close to the South wEST Coastal Path for stunning scenery and walks. East Prawle has one pub and a village shop and is a 15-20 minute drive from the market town of Kingsbridge. Salcombe can be reached via the East Portlemouth ferry (4 miles away).

SITTING/DINING ROOM The entrance leads directly into a cosy sitting room with TV, DVD player, CD/radio and feature fireplace with wood burning stove. Oak dining table and chairs. Door through to:

KITCHEN With a range of units, electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave. Utility area with washing machine and door out to rear garden.

BEDROOMS On the first floor are two bedrooms, a double room 5ft King size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe, and a smaller room with single or double bed option, bedside table and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen supplied - tenants are required to bring own towels.

SHOWER ROOM On the ground floor is a tiled shower room with shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light.

OUTSIDE To the front of the cottage is a small garden with stone walling and wooden gate - the pretty rear garden is mainly lawned featuring a seating area with table and chairs.

PARKING* Unloading and loading is available temporarily outisde the property with longer term parking on the village green, approximately a minute's walk.

OTHER INFORMATION Mainly tiled and wooden flooring throughout. Electric heating with immersion for hot water. Strictly no smokers. One well behaved pet permitted.
