The dining area has a table with six leather chairs whilst the sitting room has one large L-shaped sofa, armchair, coffee table, HD ready television with Sky Freesat and DVD player (with surround sound). French doors lead out to the balcony with table and chairs to take in the breathtaking view.
KITCHEN Well equipped, modern kitchen with 4-ring halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, beautiful fitted units and granite work surfaces. Picture window to take in the views whilst washing up..!
BEDROOMS Three in total (all carpeted). PARKING Allocated parking for two cars. Please note that the main allocated car park has a 1.9m height restriction, with an alternative of limited visitor spaces.
