LOUNGE The magnificent spacious lounge has French windows leading on to the large decking area.  Sumptuous seating on beautiful settees provides a comfortable sitting area to relax or to view the large flat screen digital TV with the benefit of cinema surround sound and a DVD player.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA The kitchen is furnished with bespoke hand made pine kitchen units and equipped to a very high standard with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The quality rustic pine furniture is complemented by stylish dining chairs around a heavy pine dining table.

BEDROOMS There are five bedrooms; the spacious master bedroom with magnificent South facing views has a king-size carved bed, rustic pine furniture and beautifully appointed en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double pine bed, rustic pine furniture and beautiful en suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash-hand basin, w.c and heated towel rail. The third bedroom has a double pine bed and rustic pine furniture. The fourth bedroom has twin single beds whilst the fifth children's bedroom has a fold out double bed with bunk bed above and is equipped with a TV/DVD and a selection of board games. Baby Friendly Accommodation, suitable for 8 adults, 3 children and 1 infant in a travel cot.

BATHROOMS In addition to the two en suites is a family bathroom with whirlpool bath, wash hand basin, w.c, heated towel rail and piped music from the stereo CD and Radio in the kitchen.

OUTSIDE The property is set in its own mature gardens. Large decking area with cafe style tables and chairs alongside a side patio area with a large picnic table for twelve, ideal for alfresco meals. There is also a rear patio area in front of the dining room french windows, barbeque equipment is available. Valley View has a hot tub, gazebo and night lights.

OTHER INFORMATION Recently refurbished, with oil-fired central heating complimented by oil burning stove and double-glazing. The front door gives full wheelchair access through a stylish hallway to all rooms. Ample parking for four cars.

We really did enjoy our stay at Hillfield.  Valley View was ideal for us- all our family thought so too.  The location is very good, it's so easy to get into Dartmouth and to get to the lovely places to visit in the vicinity.
