Just 5-10 minutes downhill walk into Dartmouth, White Lodge is furnished and equipped with comfort in mind and equally suited to large family groups or perhaps couples looking for spacious holiday accommodation (with off-road parking) within easy reach of Dartmouth and the South Devon coastline. Blackpool Sands beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away whilst Woodlands Leisure Park is just three miles outside Dartmouth.

LOCATION The property is found towards the lower end of Fairview Road (adjoining Fairview House) just 5-10 minutes downhill walk into Dartmouth and its array of boutiques, galleries, restaurants and tea rooms, as well as the picturesque River Dart.  Blackpool Sands beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.

VIEWS Lovely dual aspect views across the town towards the River Dart and rolling hills to the south.

ENTRANCE From the driveway there is easy access to the entrance door and into a spacious hallway with lovely timber flooring throughout.  Off the hallway is a CLOAKROOM with w.c., basin and heated towel rail.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM.  On the ground floor is a large, sunny and attractive kitchen area with high ceiling and dual aspect sash windows overlooking the garden and decking.  The kitchen has newly fitted units, a five ring gas burner, two electric double ovens, integrated microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, food processor and bread maker.  The dining area has a large glass and oak table with chairs and benches to seat ten comfortably, sideboard and wall-mounted TV.

SITTING ROOM Well presented, comfortably and cosily furnished sitting room includes two large leather sofas, two leather armchairs, occasional furniture, flat-screen TV with DVD player and surround sound system, and Nintendo Wii.  French doors lead out to the decking and garden.

BEDROOMS Four in total.  On the first floor is a large en suite double with super-King size bed, bedside units, drawers, wardrobe, iPod dock/DAB radio, TV and window seats and chair to take in the fantastic views of the town and river. Very attractive and mostly tiled en suite with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-basin, heated towel rail, shaver point, heated mirror and light, and underfloor heating.  Also at first floor level is a second en suite double bedroom suite with super-King size bed, bedside units, drawers, wardrobe, iPod dock/DAB radio, TV, window seat and lovely country views. The new en suite has large walk-in shower (with rain head and hand-held showers, w.c., wash-basin, heated towel rail, shaver point, heated mirror and light, and underfloor heating.   On the second floor are two further bedrooms, one with a super King-size bed (that can be split on request to create two 3' single beds), bedside units, wardrobe, drawers, chair, iPod dock/DAB radio, TV and elevated views, and a children's room with two sets of pine bunk beds, chest of drawers, TV and DVD player and lots of space to play.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.

BATHROOMS In addition to the two en suites (above) is a family bath/shower room on the second floor incorporating bath (with hand-held shower), separate corner unit (with rainhead and hand-held showers), w.c., vanity unit with basin and black granite worktop, heated towel rail, shaver point, heated mirror and light, and underfloor heating.

BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot, high chair and range of childrens' cutlery etc. are available on request

OUTSIDE To the front and side of the house is a good-sized area of decking with wooden table and chairs and garden with lawn and raised flower beds.

PARKING Off road parking on private drive for up to 3 cars.

OTHER INFORMATION Beautiful oak flooring throughout most of the ground and first floor areas with carpet on stairs and in second floor bedrooms. The house is fully double-glazed and enjoys the benefits of oil-fired central heating and hot water.  Wireless broadband internet available.  A network sound system allows guests to play music directly from an iPod/iPad/iPhone to either the kitchen or sitting room. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
