Dartmouth Pottery, Dartmouth
Set in historic Warfleet - just ½ mile from the naval town of Dartmouth with its array of pubs, restaurants, boutiques and galleries - stands The Pottery. Built in 1819 this famous Grade II listed building has variously been a fine paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, The Dartmouth Pottery. Now this historic building has been sensitively redeveloped retaining much of the original character to create nine beautiful new apartments, with eight superb town houses situated in the adjacent grounds.
Each property has been equipped and presented to a very high standard, many with distinctive oak flooring, exposed beams and columns and underfloor heating. A number of the apartments have lovely views over nearby Warfleet Creek.
