Dartmouth Holiday Accommodation
With its busy marinas and quaint buildings, it is no surprise that the picturesque and historic maritime town of Dartmouth was once used as a setting for 'The Onedin Line' and more recently has been a popular filming location for the BBC TV series 'Down to Earth' as well as Channel 4's 'Return of the Chef'. Attracting visitors all year round, the highlight of the Dartmouth calendar is the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta during August, with sailing and rowing competitions plus spectacular airbourne displays, often including the Red Arrows. Guided tours can be taken of the Britannia Royal Naval College or hop on a pleasure boat for a taste of the boating life - you might even spot a grey seal! Take the ferry over to Kingswear to catch a steam train or wander through Dartmouth's narrow streets with individual shops and galleries and fantastic restaurants and tea rooms. Or simply enjoy the stunning river views from many of our properties!
Coast and Country Cottages have a stunning selection of holiday accommodation in Dartmouth; from country cottages to luxury apartments and town houses. View our holiday accommodation in Dartmouth.
