Grafton Towers

Framed by the mature woodland of Moult Hill, the Grafton Towers apartments are situated between North Sands and South Sands beach from where a half hourly summer ferry service links with Salcombe's shops, quays and restaurants.

The apartments were constructed in 2003 following the redevelopment of the former 'Grafton Towers Hotel' and are all equipped and presented to a very good standard and have an independent video security entry system.

All apartments have gas fired central heating and hot water, allocated parking for at least one car, and share a large communal laundry and drying room containing washing machines and tumble dryers, plus an area to hang wet towels, sailing clothes etc. Grafton Towers also has a large, landscaped area with attractive planted borders and a communal sun terrace (above garages) from where to enjoy the fantastic views and Summer sunshine!
