Jon Doyle (Operations Director)

Following a long and distinguished career in the Royal Navy, Jon joined Coast & Country Cottages initially as Operations Manager in 2004. Promoted to Operations Director in 2008, Jon is fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the agency, leading the management and staff team to ensure our reputation for high property standards and excellent customer service are maintained at all times

Clare Sampson (Marketing & Sales Manager)

Clare joined the agency in 2009 following an extensive career in marketing working for a number of national and international clients, either 'in-house' and for marketing agencies. Clare is responsible for the agency's marketing and sales campaign and the management of the marketing team.

Nick Seedhouse (Property Services Manager)

As an experienced former-Royal Navy engineer, Nick has a comprehensive maintenance background and heads up our in-house Property Services division. Nick is responsible for the co-ordination and management of all preventative and emergency property maintenance and liaises very closely with our owners to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest possible standards throughout the year.

Hayley Drewery (Team Leader)

Hayley is our Team Leader in Salcombe, responsible for the day-to-day running of our Salcombe office and act as the first point of contact for our customers.

Melanie Sharwood (Team Leader)
