Coast & Country Cottages is the largest holiday agency in the South Hams dedicated solely to marketing properties in this area of outstanding natural beauty, and as partners in the business we are committed to providing our property owners and holiday-makers with the highest possible levels of service - as a consequence we have developed a strong reputation and successful brand over a number of years.

Our objectives are very ably supported by a hard-working team across our local offices in Salcombe and Dartmouth. Our team of around 20 staff and managers, all of whom know, love and live in the area and regularly visit our properties, are genuinely able to help our enquirers choose the right location and property for their holiday.

Our 'Owners Guide' aims to explain and outline in a little more detail who we are, what we do, what we expect from you and how we can work together to best maximise the letting potential of your holiday property. It will hopefully help answer many of your initial questions and provide a backdrop to further discussions!

For new owners we generally start with a FREE assessment of your property - this would be carried out by Andrew Jones (Partner) or a senior member of the management team. The assessment would include a presentation of the services we can offer you and an outline of the key considerations at the start of a letting programme.

We are happy to take as much time as you need to answer any questions you will have at this stage and then follow up with a formal rental proposal in writing soon after.
