Property Services

Nick Seedhouse (Property Services Manager) is ably supported by Liz Brimacombe (Property Services Assistant). Liz has been with Coast & Country Cottages since 2001 and works closely with property owners to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest possible standards throughout the year. Within her role Liz handles many of the 'first response' calls and will direct contractors to rectify any emergency maintenance issues as quickly as possible. She also arranges annual property inspections (for managed properties) and various statutory safety checks for new and existing properties within our portfolio.
