South Hams Holidays
Hope Cove, sought after as a family beach holiday location in the summer and popular with couples and walkers out of season, it was originally a small fishing and crabbing village, and today still retains a charm and unspoilt air which attracts visitors to return year after year. Inner Hope, with its square of quaint 'chocolate box' thatched cottages, is one of the most photographed and painted villages in England, whilst Outer Hope offers hotels, a restaurant, pub, tearoom and shop/post office. Seals and dolphins are seen in the cove, recently a seal pup and its mother spent several weeks on the beach to the delight of visitors and locals alike. The beaches offer sand, rock pools and clear water for swimming as well as attracting divers and water sports enthusiasts. From Hope Cove the South Devon Coastal Path leads you to glorious walks with spectacular views all year round.
