There are superb views over the North Sands valley, its sandy cove and the mouth of the Salcombe estuary. St. Elmo Court residents enjoy exclusive use of a superb, private outdoor heated swimming pool* which is available from early May to late September each year  -please check with our office for confirmed dates.  (* Regrettably the swimming pool is not available to St Elmo Lodge tenants).
