The Salcombe Team

The experienced Salcombe office team are responsible for all properties in Salcombe and throughout the South Hams.   The Salcombe front-of-house team includes Donna, Suzy, Emma, Holly, Vanessa, Norma, Gwen, Paula (K), Paula (V), Maddie, Karen Wood, Jacky, Lynette and Jane. All locally based, the Salcombe team have a good knowledge of all properties and the surrounding area and do all they can to help customers select the right property to suit their holiday requirements.As well as handling day-to-day holiday enquiries and bookings each of the team members will have a specific role/function within the agency ranging from the co-ordination of housekeeping services (Lynette) to property accounts administration (Jacky). All team members have a direct email contact address to ensure owners can communicate quickly and easily with the relevant individual.

The Dartmouth Team

The experienced Dartmouth office team are responsible for all properties in and around Dartmouth. The Dartmouth team includes Chris, Rhian, Rebecca, Carly and Amy. All locally based, the Dartmouth team have a good knowledge of all properties and the surrounding area and do all they can to help customers select the right property to suit their holiday requirements.As well as handling day-to-day holiday enquiries and bookings each of the team members will have a specific role/function within the agency ranging from the co-ordination of housekeeping services to property maintenance. All team members have a direct email contact address to ensure owners can communicate quickly and easily with the relevant individual.

The Marketing Team

The Marketing team currently consists of Karen, Clare, Tina, Emily, Vicky and Lucy  who work closely with a number of specialist agencies to ensure maximum exposure of the Coast & Country Cottages brand. Working with online experts, the team run a highly successful SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) programme to ensure the high visibility of our popular website, Google rated No 1 for many key searches. Extensive national advertising including weekly advertising in key national newspapers and a number of popular magazines, direct marketing to our large database of customers and a creative PR campaign, including a number of press visits from key titles, are all managed by this busy team. Tina Doyle (Assistant Marketing Manager), co-ordinates the day-to-day marketing strategy for the agency and works closely with our owners for seasonal offers and promotions.  Vicky Rogers and Lucy Jelf (Digital Communications & PR Executives), co-ordinate our day to day PR and Social Media campaign, new graduate, Emily Mercer (Marketing Automation Executive) co-ordinates our marketing automation strategy and our successful Affiliate Marketing Programme.

New Properties Team

The New Properties Team consists of Andrew Jones, Director supported by Property & Quality Assessor,  Rachel Farley.  Our dedicated team are responsible for the recruitment of new holiday properties.  The team are always on hand to offer no obligation advice on purchasing a property with a view to holiday letting or to owners who already own a property and would like to let it out.  Free property evaluation (with no hard sell) and detailed information on holiday letting is available from our experienced team.
