Butterwell Barn is an award-winning barn conversion, nestled in the rolling Devon countryside near picturesque Dartmouth. Having been carefully and lovingly transformed, over many years by owners Philip and Gail Bond, the property was completed and ready for its new life as a stunning holiday let.

We want letting your holiday home to be as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible for you, which is why we offer bespoke levels of service.

Owner Managed service

If you live locally and prefer to manage the weekly cleaning and changeover routine, or would prefer to choose a caretaker, our Owner Managed service is perfect for you. We can offer a marketing and administration service to find your customers, secure your bookings and handle all correspondence. This leaves you the time to focus on preparing your holiday home for the arriving guests each week and take care of any matters that might arise during the holiday.

Agency Managed service

Our Agency Manager service is ideal for those owners who don’t live locally or haven’t the time to manage their property. To make letting as easy as possible for our owners, we are on hand to co-ordinate cleaning services, supply bed linen and towels, operate changeovers. We check the property before and after customer bookings and organise maintenance to ensure that your property is presented to the highest standard.

We will also arrange key collection for arriving holidaymakers and provide out of hours support. As well as our own in-house team of specialist staff and engineers, we have a wide and very loyal network of local contractors.
