We\u2019ve listed a few key events below, but if you\u2019d like a full list, be sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dartmouthregatta.co.uk\/programme-purchase-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">preorder one online<\/a> or buy one in Dartmouth from 11th August.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s the low down on what\u2019s on during Dartmouth Regatta 2025:<\/p>\n<h3>Kontiki Raft Race<\/h3>\n<h4>Saturday 30th August<\/h4>\n<p>The legendary Kontiki Raft Race is a fun-filled event that\u2019s always a hit with racers and spectators alike. Participants are required to draw on skill and ingenuity to create their \u2018sea-faring\u2019 crafts. The event will take place on the south embankment and boats will be launched at the Higher Ferry slipway. The finishing line is located at the Boat Float.<\/p>\n<p>Join the Kontiki Raft Race for a good old belly laugh of an afternoon! With plenty of prizes to be won, it\u2019s a spectacle you won\u2019t want to miss. This year&#8217;s fancy dress theme is \u2018Best of British\u2019, in honour of VE day, so come and find out who will win the prize for best salute and best dressed vessel and crew.<\/p>\n<h3>Family Fun Weekend<\/h3>\n<h4>Saturday 23rd August &#8211; Monday 25th August<\/h4>\n<p>The landscaped Royal Avenue Gardens provide the perfect backdrop for land and water-based activities. The gardens play host to live music, the opening ceremony, competitions, and more. This year, the fire walk will take place in the Market Square Car Park.
