Now that lockdown is easing, it\u2019s the perfect time to support local businesses that may have struggled during the Covid-19 pandemic. Eat Out to Help Out is a government scheme that has been put in place to help businesses return to a \u2018new normal\u2019. The initiative works by offering customers that dine in, a discount of up to 50% off food and soft drinks, up to a maximum of \u00a310 per person. So, if you were to opt for a \u00a320 meal option at an eatery that has signed up to the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, you would be billed \u00a310. There is no minimum spend, so if you simply want a coffee from a local caf\u00e9 then you can enjoy it half price.<\/p>\n

When will the Eat Out to Help Out scheme take place?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The initiative will take place every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between the 3rd<\/sup> and 31st<\/sup> August.<\/p>\n

How do I claim my discount?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You do not need a voucher or discount code. The discount should automatically be applied to your bill when dining at an eatery that has signed up to the Eat Out to Help Out scheme.<\/p>\n
