What is your experience of working with Coast & Country Cottages?<\/h3>\n

The Coast & Country Cottages team are so quick to respond to any problems, improvements, or issues with guests and they always do it with a smile. We live 160 miles away from our holiday let in Dartmouth, so their help is invaluable. A few months ago, we had to get a new rug for the house. Coast & Country Cottages organised for it to be put into the house and for the old one to be disposed of. We really couldn\u2019t manage without them.<\/p>\n

What was your motivation for getting into holiday letting?<\/h3>\n

We do long-term letting as well but holiday letting is much more fun. Guests really appreciate a well presented, well equipped and well managed holiday home and it is great when you get the good feedback.<\/p>\n

What kind of holiday makers come to your property?<\/h3>\n

It is a mix of couples, groups of 4, adults and families with teenagers. They all seem to love the property and treat it really well.<\/p>\n

Do you have tips for others thinking of buying a holiday home to let?<\/h3>\n

The view is what people like the best. We also have 2 parking spaces and parking is very difficult in Dartmouth. It is easy walking distance to shops, pubs, and restaurants too.<\/p>\n

What makes this part of the UK special to you?<\/h3>\n

We love the buzz of Dartmouth. It is lively all year round and the locals are very welcoming.<\/p>\n
