But that&#8217;s not all! The winner&#8217;s school or setting will also receive \u00a3200 to boost their art department.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">This year, in celebration of the RNLI\u2019s 200<span class=\"s2\">th <\/span>anniversary, we would like to invite you to get involved and design something festive with a \u2018safety at sea\u2019 twist!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How to Enter the Competition<\/h2>\n<div id=\"attachment_35746\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-35746\" class=\"size-full wp-image-35746\" src=\"https:\/\/www.coastandcountry.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/10\/CCC-2023-Winning-Christmas-Card.jpg\" alt=\"The winning Christmas Card from our 2023 competition.\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-35746\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The winning Christmas card from our 2023 competition<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Entering is a breeze and the rules are simple:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The competition is open to any child up to and including the age of 11.<\/li>\n<li>The entry needs to be completed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coastandcountry.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/10\/CCC-Christmas-Card-Entry-Form-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>downloadable entry form<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>It must be landscape, and be as bright, colourful and eye catching as possible!<\/li>\n<li>Please do not stick anything on to the entry.<\/li>\n<li>Please include your name, age and school on your entry form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All entries need to be submitted via email by <strong>25th October 2024<\/strong> at the latest, in time for judging. The winner will be chosen and advised early in November.<\/p>\n<p>Please email your entries or any queries to: <a href=\"mailto:victoria.rogers@sykescottages.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">victoria.rogers@sykescottages.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Competition Theme<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">In celebration of their 200<span class=\"s2\">th <\/span>anniversary, we would love it if you could think about the RNLI as a theme, and create a card design that not only depicts Christmas and the local area, but also celebrates their tireless work, keeping people safe on our beautiful coastline.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Why not draw your local lifeboat with twinkling lights and a Christmas tree in the background? Or perhaps show RNLI volunteers in festive hats singing carols\u2026 be as creative as you wish!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Additional Information<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Please hold on to your original creation.<\/strong> In the event you win, we might require the original artwork to print our Christmas cards.<\/p>\n<p>The winning entry will feature the artist&#8217;s name, age, and their school on the Christmas card. We will also announce the winner on our social media platforms and in local press. It&#8217;s crucial that entrants obtain parental\/guardian consent for this.
