Thurlestone Rock is a development of spacious marine apartments with a shared outdoor heated swimming pool and spectacular sea views across and over the beach at Thurlestone Sands towards Bigbury Bay. Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island act as a stunning backdrop to this beautiful marine vista whilst the adjacent coastal path offers wonderful walks to the nearby villages of Thurlestone and Hope Cove. Each of the apartments have three bedrooms (one en suite), either a terrace or balcony to take in the delightful views, and parking for one car.

A comfortably furnished and well equipped second floor apartment with a high vaulted ceiling and magnificent views across Thurlestone Sands beach and out to sea. The accommodation has been decorated and presented to a very good standard throughout and is an excellent base from which to explore the stunning South Hams coast and countryside.

ACCOMMODATION A second floor apartment, tastefully furnished and decorated to a very good standard.
ENTRANCE Two flights of stairs lead to the apartment entrance and then into a hallway and level access to all rooms.
KITCHEN The fully fitted kitchen features a range of wall and base units, electric fan double oven, four-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and DAB radio.  A separate UTILITY ROOM houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A spacious and very comfortably furnished sitting room with widescreen TV with Sky , DVD player, two good-sized sofas and bean bag, occasional furniture and a dining table seating six.  French doors lead out to a sunny balcony looking across the beach, out to sea and towards the Thurlestone Rock and nearby golf course.
BEDROOMS Three in total.  The master bedroom has a King-size bed, bedside units, fitted wardrobes, drawers and dresser, and an en suite shower room with power shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.  The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds, bedside units, wardrobe and drawers, whilst third has full size bunk beds and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided - tenants require beach and tea towels.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, seprate shower cubicle, bidet, w.c., shaver point, and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE The balcony area is accessed directly from lounge and has a small garden table and two chairs.  Large communal patio area with barbeque facility and lower sun deck.
PARKING One allocated parking space plus visitor parking.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from late May to late September each year (subject to change).  Please check with office for confirmed dates.
