Combehaven is a development of luxury houses and apartments set in private, landscaped grounds on the site of the former Methodist Church, and within easy walking distance of Salcombe's shops, restaurants and stunning estuary.

Apartment 13 (First Floor) 

A luxury first floor apartment, ideal for a family looking for a base to explore the town and surrounding countryside. A 25' long balcony running the length of the apartment offers glimpses of the estuary and is the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The apartment has the benefit of private parking for two cars including one in the covered bays.

ACCOMMODATION A luxury first floor apartment ideal for a maximum of four adults or a family group with young children.
VIEWS Glimpses of the estuary from lounge, bedroom and balcony.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Open plan area with superb New England 'shaker'-style maple kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The lounge centrepiece is a modern steel and beech fireplace with coal-effect gas fire. Two comfortable double sofas, flat screen TV with Sky, DVD, hi-fi and dining table with chairs. Double French doors open out to 25' balcony running the length of the apartment with a lovely view over the town towards Batson Creek.
BEDROOMS Three in total. Large bedroom with King-size double bed with Tempur memory foam mattress, built-in wardrobes, flat screen TV and en suite shower room with under floor heating, power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c, shaver point, light and heated towel rail - French doors leading to balcony. Further large double room with King-size double bed and en suite bathroom with under floor heating, Bette steel bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. shaver point, light and heated towel rail. Third bedroom with bunk beds and pine wardrobe, please note this is suitable for children under 10 only. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels
SHOWER ROOM In addition to the two en suite bath/shower rooms a further shower room with power shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, heated towel rail and under floor heating.
OUTSIDE 25' balcony that runs the length of the apartment (from lounge to bedroom) with table and chairs.
PARKING for two cars - one in covered car park and one in courtyard.
BABY FRIENDLY Travel cot, highchair, microwave, children's crockery and cutlery and toys, toddler step and potty training seat.
OTHER INFORMATION The properties each enjoy the benefits of full gas fired central heating and hot water, entry telephone system. Mainly beech laminate flooring and carpet throughout. Telephone and broadband available.

“We had a very enjoyable week staying in this comfortable and well equipped apartment. The apartment had comfy beds and good showers; WIFI worked well and there was plenty of storage space.
The living area was quite compact, fine for the 2 of us but we felt it would be cramped for a group of 6 guests.
The outside parking area was spacious but we found the parking space in the covered garage difficult to use for our long estate car as it was close to the wall.”

“The flat is well-equipped with 2 good sized double bedrooms and a smaller room with bunk beds. Three bathrooms in all may be a bit excessive...
Our only real problem was with the complex itself where the stairwell has no natural light and it was quite tricky to find the light switches for the timed lights when entering and leaving.”

“A lovely holiday apartment, in an excellent position . All the fixtures & fittings were excellent, lovely bathrooms & kitchen with everything needed for a great holiday.”

“Well maintained property with lovely views. The two double bedrooms are a good size. The kitchen/ living room is a little on the small side and might feel a bit cramped for more than four people. The location is handy for the town and the harbour but does involve a couple of short steep stretches on the way back. This was not a problem for us. I do think that towels should be supplied with properties of this size and standard.”
