ACCOMMODATION A luxury second floor apartment, ideal for adults or a family group.
VIEWS Of the estuary from lounge, bedroom and balcony.
KITCHEN/SITTING ROOM Open plan area with superb New England 'shaker' style maple kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The lounge centrepiece is a modern steel and beech fireplace with coal-effect gas fire. Two comfortable double sofas (including a new sofa-bed available in dining room at additional cost), TV, DVD and hi-fi.  Double French doors open out to the balcony with a lovely view over the town towards Batson Creek. 

DINING ROOM (From 2018 - formerly the third bedroom) With table and seating for up to six guests

BEDROOMS (From 2018 - Two only). Large master bedroom with King-size double bed, built-in wardrobes and en suite shower room with under-floor heating, power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c, shaver-point, light and heated towel rail. The spacious second bedroom has two single beds (that can be joined on request at the time of booking), and fitted wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen, and tea towels are provided - guests need to bring or hire towels.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite shower room is a further bathroom with bath, hand held shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, heated towel rail and under-floor heating.
OUTSIDE Balcony with tables and chairs.
PARKING For two cars in covered car park.

OTHER INFORMATION The properties each enjoy the benefits of full gas fired central heating and hot water, and an entry telephone system. Mainly beech laminate flooring and carpet throughout. Wireless broadband available.

This flat was one of two properties we rented for the week of a great family wedding. It suited our needs really well, comfortable, modern, nicely presented with modern fitments and furniture and a balcony with view. Two parking spaces was the icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommended (provided you are reasonably fit to walk up the hill!)

Property was not clean when we arrived. On the whole felt the propert was tired floor badly marked, walls dirty and living area space small no table to dine at unless dragged table from hall

We were very impressed with the support from the Coast and Country team this August in finding a last minute holiday home. We tried the other travel agency in the town but they were not as organised or as prompt in their support. The team at Coast were so lovely and were able to supply a 3 bed holiday property with a beautiful view of the water within the hour! Thank you as we had a very special family holiday in Salcombe!

Eating arrangements not ideal - heavy table had to be carried to and from hall and and chairs stored in a wardrobe, or balcony furniture brought in. Cleaning and checking could have been more thorough - one toilet not properly flushed, cobwebs round lampshades etc., mattress protectors stained (was told replacements had been on order), sink needed a good bleach and scrub (tea stains)
