ACCOMMODATION A luxury second floor apartment, ideal for adults or a family group.
VIEWS Of the estuary from lounge, bedroom and balcony.
KITCHEN/SITTING ROOM Open plan area with superb New England 'shaker' style maple kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The lounge centrepiece is a modern steel and beech fireplace with coal-effect gas fire. Two comfortable double sofas (including a new sofa-bed available at additional cost), TV, DVD and hi-fi.  Double French doors open out to the balcony with a lovely view over the town towards Batson Creek. 

DINING ROOM (From 2018 - formerly the third bedroom) With table and seating for up to six guests

BEDROOMS (From 2018 - Two only). Large master bedroom with King-size double bed, built-in wardrobes and en suite shower room with under-floor heating, power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c, shaver-point, light and heated towel rail. The spacious second bedroom has two single beds (that can be joined on request at the time of booking), and fitted wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen, and tea towels are provided - guests need to bring or hire towels.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite shower room is a further bathroom with bath, hand held shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, heated towel rail and under-floor heating.

PARKING For two cars in covered car park.
