The 25' lounge/dining area features a modern coal-effect gas fire, two comfortable sofas and armchair, TV with FreeSat, DVD and Bose iPod docking station. Dining table and six chairs. Double french doors open out to a good sized balcony with excellent views over the town towards Batson Creek.
BEDROOMS Two: Large double bedroom with double bed (can be twin), built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with under floor heating, Bette steel bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. shaver point, light and heated towel rail. Second bedroom with two single beds, linen cupboard and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite bathroom a separate shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, heated towel rail and under floor heating.
OUTSIDE Balcony with small patio style table and two chairs.
PARKING Secure covered parking for 2 cars in car park and lock-up storage area.
OTHER INFORMATION The property enjoy's the benefits of full gas fired central heating and hot water, entry telephone system. Mainly with maple laminate flooring and slate tiles in bath/shower room. Wireless Internet Broadband available.

“Lovely apartment, fourth year here and love it, kust found bath dirty on arrival this time and had to clean it before using. Balcony door difficult to lock and dishwasher not working - both reported to coast and country. No other issues and it is a lovely spacious appt and good location.”

“The apartment was clean and well cared for. There were very comfortable beds, an excellent shower and a huge bath. Layout was good and the quality of the white goods and entertainment systems were very good. We enjoyed staying in the apartment again and will hope to in the future”

There are few items we could have done with, kitchen items, basics such as salt, cooking oil and lack of some kitchen utensils but understand the property is up for sale.

Would still go back there for the location/view.”
