ACCOMODATION A spacious, well equipped apartment with excellent facilities in the heart of Salcombe town.
LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Large and airy open plan room with stunning views and access to the large balcony. Fully refurbished kitchen with fitted units, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining area has a large table with matching bench and four chairs. The lounge has two large sofas, TV, DVD player and sliding doors out to the balcony. Karndean flooring in the open plan living area with carpet in all other rooms. Wireless Broadband installed.
BEDROOMS Four in total. The en suite master bedroom has a King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sliding doors to the balcony. New en suite tiled wet room with walk in shower, basin, wc and heated towel rail. The second bedroom at the rear has a King-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (This room is adjacent to the entrance to 'Dick and Wills' restaurant which is located on the ground floor below the apartment). There are two further bedrooms - a brightly decorated children's room with large bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a single room with wardrobe and chest of drawers.N.B. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
FAMILY BATHROOM New fully-tiled bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, wc and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Magnificent spacious balcony with glass extending table and chairs. Stunning views across the main anchorage towards South Pool and East Portlemouth.
OTHER INFORMATION The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private gardens, outdoor heated swimming pool and children's pool.  Please check with the Salcombe office for confirmed opening dates.
PARKING/MOORING
Guests enjoy an allocated parking space in the secure car park, and mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens.

Love this place! Meets our holiday needs perfectly. Great central position in Salcombe and parking on site too. Apartment well resourced, spacious and spotlessly clean. Wonderful views from balcony - great place to eat, drink, relax and people watch!!

Very spacious and with convenient access to and from the street and the garden via the lift. Quality of the new bathrooms excellent and compliment the very good accomodation
