ACCOMMODATION A spacious second floor flat with large balcony having panoramic views over the gardens, harbour and estuary.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A spacious room with lounge furniture, TV, DVD, radio and video. Dining table and chairs. Two patio doors to balcony.
KITCHEN Well equipped and fitted with electric cooker, hob with extractor, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
BEDROOMS
 Two, one with two single beds, wardrobe and drawer units and one with double bed, en suite shower room, wardrobe and drawer units. N.B. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.
BATHROOMS Two, one with bath, w.c., wash-hand basin, hand held shower, heated towel rail, and extractor fan and one en suite to master bedroom with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and extractor fan.
OUTSIDE Two sun loungers and table and chairs for four available for use on the balcony. Due to open aspect of balcony railings, regretfully no children under 8 years. N.B. Although the lift is not available to the second floor there is level access directly from Fore Street.
OTHER INFORMATION Double-glazed and carpeted throughout. This property is located next door to the Ferry Inn. The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year (subject to change), please check with office for confirmed dates.

It Is well furnished with an excellent view A little difficult to get to the room when moving in and noise from the pub cellar early in morning.

Maintenance is an issue. Glasses needed replacing, light bulb in mirror, no oven gloves, cd player poor, hair dryer needed replacing. Poor WiFi. But location is perfect. Very smiley, helpful staff at C&C, although we had to make lots of visits to the office this time. Quality is not consistent with the cost.

Well appointed apartment with great views over the estuary, well kept gardens and pool, parking space is a bonus in town centre. The only negative is that the bins are next to the bedroom windows and, on collection days, can be a bit noisy, and smelly if you leave the windows open, but this would not stop us from renting this apartment again.

We love staying at 28 The Salscombe for the convenience, the view, the balcony and the parking. However, we do feel the flat is beginning to look a bit tired It could do with a bit of a paint-up, the carpet could do with shampooing and some of the upholstery needs cleaning. The bath plug in the bathroom wasn't attached with a chain so once you'd filled the bath with water it was very, very difficult to remove it. In fact, a member of our party bought some new chain and fixed it to the plug! None of this spoilt our holiday and we look forward to returning next year.

Furniture a little grubby and a hi-fi that doesn't work properly, but otherwise a clean flat. The lack of oven gloves hopefully will be rectified. Outside bins not emptied and overflowing. Wi-Fi intermittent. Superb location if you don't mind the noise from the pub below at weekends.
