Apartment 2, At The Beach is a stylish and beautifully presented ground floor holiday home, with a lovely outside terrace from where you can enjoy the warm Summer evenings, and just a few yards from the beach. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and very well equipped for a couple* out of season or a young family during school holidays. Located in historic Torcross - a coastal village at the end of a strip of land separating Slapton Ley freshwater lake from the sea - the property has quick access to the South West Coast Path as well as a well stocked shop/Post Office, tea shop and pub renowned for fresh local fish dishes.
'At the Beach' is a striking development of apartments and cottages on the very edge of the sea at Slapton Sands. The development was the transformation of the former 'Torcross Hotel', a prominent and well known local landmark built in the late 1800s. Many of the hotel's original features have been retained and enhanced resulting in a stunning combination of Victorian elegance and modern day comfort.

ACCOMMODATION Apartment 2, At the Beach is a stylish, spacious and very well presented ground floor apartment for 2-5 guests, with an outside terrace to enjoy the warm Summer evenings, just a few yards away from the beach.  The entrance leads directly into a small hallway off which is a family bathroom.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A large, contemporary, kitchen equipped with fitted units, custom made worktop, four-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Dining table and six chairs.
LOUNGE The kitchen opens into a very comfortable lounge area with a double sofa (convertible into a sofa-bed on request), two chairs, widescreen TV and DVD player. Double-glazed French doors lead out onto terrace.

EN SUITE BEDROOM Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
BUNK ROOM There is an additional, enclosed room (off the lounge) with full sized bunk beds available for 'High and Mid Season' bookings only. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels supplied.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a fully tiled bathroom with bath, wash-hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE Terrace with table and four chairs within just a few yards of the beach.
