It is situated in a quiet location yet it is just a few yards from the town's waterfront, shops, pubs and restaurants.

LOCATION Set at the end of Buckley Street/Market Street in a quiet location yet just a few yards from the town's waterfront, shops and restaurants.
VIEWS Stunning views of main anchorage across to East Portlemouth and South Pool Creek from the lounge and two main bedrooms.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the 2nd floor is a wonderfully light and sunny room with full width bi-folding doors and narrow balcony to take in the magnificent views over the estuary. Newly fitted (2017) and modern kitchen with a range of fitted units, black granite worktops, integrated hob and oven, microwave, two fridges, wine cooler and dishwasher. The dining area has large table seating uo to eight guests, whilst the lounge has two large, comfortable sofas, additional seating, widescreen TV, DVD/CD player and iPod docking station.
BEDROOMS Four in total (all on the 1st floor). The master bedroom has a King-size bed (that can be split to create two small singles on request and at time of booking), wardrobe and en suite with power shower and wash-hand basin. The second double bedroom also has a King-size bed, and en suite with bath and wash-hand basin, whilst bedroom three has two single beds - these can be linked on request to create a super-King size bed.  The fourth bedroom has a double bed with TV (DVD only) N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels provided - guests require beach and tea towels only.
SHOWER ROOM Family shower room, with power shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.
CLOAKROOM Separate w.c. with wash-hand basin.
HALLWAY Steps up from ground floor parking to a spacious hallway - plenty of storage space with washing machine and freezer.
PARKING Private off-road parking for one car.

OTHER INFORMATION Gas central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Karndean flooring and new carpets fitted in 2017.  Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.

It is so user friendly , very comfortable especially as it has been improved over the last year. The new beds are ‘so ‘ good . The new sliding doors are just perfect.

There were a few issues when we arrived - floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned, there was in excess of 30 dead flies in the apartment and several others flying around also. The flushing of the toilets was an issue as on occasions the waste from one toilet would appear in the toilet bowl next door which was very bizarre to say the least!! This was not so much of a problem as it could have been as there was only two of us staying but would be very embarrassing if sharing with others that you didn’t know so well. However we were really pleased with the location of the property and it’s facilities
