Easton Barns are situated in delightful countryside location within quick and easy access of Bigbury village, and just a couple of miles from the beautiful sandy beaches of Bantham and Bigbury Bay, the River Avon and Burgh Island. The challenging 18-hole golf course is within a mile or so whilst the market town of Kingsbridge is just 5 miles away - Modbury is a pleasant 10 minute drive on the road towards Plymouth. The two barns share a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, w.c., and sink, and a games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and other games. One well behaved pet is permitted in each barn.
No. 2 is a delightful character barn conversion with exposed beams, ideally suited to a family or a couple with or without a dog! The property provides comfortable and cosy 3-Star holiday accommodation, while outside there is an attractive courtyard with a fountain and garden with extensive rural views.
SITTING/DINING ROOM The main entrance leads into an attractive open room. The sitting area has two double sofas, LCD TV, integrated DVD/video, mini CD player and electric coal effect fire. A pine dining table seats four guests comfortably.
KITCHEN With fitted units, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS A staircase leads from the sitting area to an open plan bedroom on the first floor, and access through to the second bedroom and bathroom. The main bedroom has a pine-framed double bed, matching bedside units and drawers and wooden flooring – the twin room (off the double) has two single beds and pine wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows and all bed linen are provided – guests need to bring or hire towels and tea towels.
BATHROOM With bath, electric power shower (over), w.c., and wash-hand basin.
OUTSIDE Courtyard with decorative stone fountain, picnic table and garden seat. Additional garden behind barn with shared summer house and extensive views over countryside. Barbecue.
PARKING For one car in timber-framed car port - additional adjacent parking.
OTHER INFORMATION Hot water by immersion heater. Heating by storage heaters, panel radiator and electric fire. One well behaved dog is allowed but smoking is not permitted.
