ACCOMMODATION A fully refurbished and renovated ground floor flat for one couple only well presented throughout. 

ENTRANCE From Newcomen Road there is a communal lobby with level access to the ground floor entrance.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A good-sized room with views across Newcomen Road to the River Dart and Kingswear beyond.  Painted wooden floor throughout.  The galley style kitchen area is modern and very well equipped with four ringed electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and fitted cupboards. (Washing machine in cupboard off bathroom).  Dining table with two chairs.  Large sofa and chair, table, TV/DVD with Freeview, and iPod/DAB radio.
EN SUITE BEDROOM With double bed, bedside units, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. N.B. Duvet, pillows, bed linen are provided - tenants require all towels.
PARKING A parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride from 27th March 2015 for 6 months until 26th September 2015.

OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating and instant hot water via combi boiler. Strictly no smoking.

“A very well appointed flat for a couple. Ideal for a break out of the summer season as it is cosy and does not have an outside space so I would highlight that on the website maybe when a search is entered for 2 people.”
