'The Salcombe' apartments are situated in an enviable position on the beautiful waterfront in central Salcombe with magnificent views of the main anchorage, towards South Pool Creek. Each flat has an allocated parking space and mooring, and all guests have use of the heated swimming pool (seasonal) and lovely communal gardens.

A third floor studio apartment with French doors opening onto a fabulous balcony. The accommodation is very well equipped and presented and is an ideal seaside retreat for a couple.

LIVING AREA This property features a comfortable double wall bed, 2 seater cream leather sofa, flat screen TV, DVD, dining table and chairs. Double glazed French doors to balcony overlooking garden and anchorage. Balcony furniture. N.B. Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided.
GALLEY KITCHEN Granite top with electric cooker/grill (with extractor hood over), fridge, microwave, sink unit and storage cupboards. 

SHOWER ROOM With shower cubicle with electric shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and shaver point.  

MOORING For up to 15ft available
OTHER INFORMATION Carpeted throughout. WiFi available. The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year (subject to change).  Please check with office for confirmed dates.

“This studio flat is best described as having "Character", largely due to the age of the building. Slightly sloping floors and being able to hear the people walking about upstairs, go with the package. The interior is modern & well equipped, and we never tire of the views from the balcony, which is probably why we keep coming back!”

“Compact studio- location & views and balcony unbeatable.
Few too many nicnacs within apartment for my personal taste and slightly old fashioned- however kitchen area & bathroom were sound.”

“A lovely position and a great balcony but the room itself we felt needed updating.”

“Unbeatable view over the estuary from the balcony and the apartment is right at the centre of Salcombe. Tidy and well-equipped for its size, it is an ideal studio apartment for either the single traveller or a couple. A real bonus is on-site parking, a rarity in Salcombe.”
